FEEDING DIRECTIONS
Metabolism is controlled by water temperature. Fish
will eat to meet protein and energy requirements based upon water temperature.
Maximum growth will occur in warmer temperatures (50-65°F/10-18°C for
trout, 60-75°F/15-24°C for bass & goldfish) with multiple feedings
per day (2-3 or more). At cooler temperatures (40-50°F/4-10°C for
trout, 50-60°F/10-15°C for bass & goldfish), the total daily ration
should be reduced. Feeding can be stopped at temperatures below
40°F/4°C for trout and bass, 50°F/10°C for goldfish) provided
the fish have been properly feed-conditioned. Do not exceed what the fish will
consume within a few minutes. Do not overfeed. Overfeeding will result in poor
feed efficiency, feed waste and poor water quality conditions. Observe your
fishes feeding response and adjust your ration sizes accordingly. Appropriate
feeding will benefit the overall health of your fish.
Caution: Directions for use must
be carefully followed.
